Rare Soul Care services, LLC (RSCS) is a caregiving agency offering services that aid, love and care for persons with physical and developmental disabilities. RSCS was established in 2015 by owner Shayna Williams. Since then, RSCS has vastly grown providing services in Pinellas, Hillsboro, Pasco, and Manatee counties in the state of Florida.
